Excited to have two pieces accepted this year in Illustration West 61, the international juried exhibition organized by the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles. Both works were recognized within the Children’s Market category.
“One Big Body” is one of 30 illustrations produced for “The Go-and-Tell Storybook,” for David C Cook. It symbolizes the diverse mosaic of the global church contributing to its shared mission to represent Jesus in the world.
“God is With Me” is the cover art for a booklet produced by The Trauma Healing Institute of the American Bible Society, to provide crisis counseling for refugees from Ukraine and internationally.
All the accepted work will be exhibited online at illustrationwest.org starting in March. Big thanks to this year’s judges and board of directors!
